Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNTB handles data related to accounts, orders, website access, and service operation while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Processing is limited to information necessary to deliver services, protect account security, fulfill orders, and improve website usability.
By using the VPNTB website, user panel, or related services, users acknowledge that they have read this policy. If they do not agree with these data practices, they may stop using the services and request deletion of eligible data as described below.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
VPNTB accounts can be created with a username and password, without an email address. Accordingly, an email address is not required to create an account. The account system processes the username, login credentials, and session information needed to maintain a signed-in state for authentication, account access, and security management.
During a subscription, the system processes plan status, used traffic, remaining traffic, order records, and service validity. This information is used to display account benefits, verify orders, calculate traffic usage, and handle refunds or disputes. Text, screenshots, or diagnostic information submitted voluntarily through a ticket are used only to understand and resolve that request.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Records
VPNTB follows a no-logs service principle. It does not record which websites users access, which pages they view, or what content they submit, and does not create historical records that could reconstruct personal network activity. Subscription services do not retain access destinations for analytics, advertising, or resale.
To calculate traffic allowances and determine service status, the system may process account-level aggregated traffic data, but this data does not include specific content or destination websites. VPNTB does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct personal network activity over time. If temporary technical information is generated while troubleshooting, it is used only during request handling and deleted after the issue is resolved; it is not converted into long-term connection records.
Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary session identifiers. This data maintains user choices, reduces repeated actions, and supports the basic functions of the user panel. After browser data is cleared, some preferences may return to their default settings, and the login state may expire.
VPNTB processes website analytics to understand whether pages load correctly, which entry points are common, and whether features are easy to use. Analytics results are used for aggregated analysis of website operation. They are not used to create personal profiles of visits to specific websites and do not change the scope of the no-logs policy regarding network activity.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments
Payments may be made using Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. Payment information is handled by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNTB does not directly store complete payment credentials held by those payment services. Third parties process information submitted on their payment pages under their own privacy rules, which users should review before making a payment.
To confirm payment, activate services, and handle support requests, VPNTB retains necessary order numbers, selected plans, order amounts, payment status, and associated account information. These order records are not used to create personal profiles unrelated to completing the transaction.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account details and subscription status are generally retained while the account remains active. Order records are kept only as necessary to complete transactions, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet applicable requirements. Analytics are retained in aggregated form. Troubleshooting tickets and materials voluntarily submitted by users are retained after processing only when necessary to continue resolving the related issue.
Users can sign in to the user panel and use the ticket center to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. After receiving a request, VPNTB verifies account ownership and deletes data that is no longer needed and may legally be deleted. Data that cannot temporarily be deleted because of an unfinished order, dispute handling, or necessary recordkeeping obligations will have its use restricted and will be handled after the relevant retention reason no longer applies.
Policy Updates and User Choices
VPNTB may update this policy when services, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes to processing purposes or scope will be explained in an appropriate location on the website or user panel.
Users can manage cookies and local storage through their browser settings and may stop using non-essential features. Disabling necessary session storage may prevent login status, language preferences, or user panel functions from being maintained properly. Before continuing to use the services, users are encouraged to review this page periodically to understand the privacy rules currently in effect.
